{"id":303,"date":"2026-11-08T21:17:36","date_gmt":"2026-11-08T21:17:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peakvibez.com\/?p=303"},"modified":"2026-11-08T21:17:37","modified_gmt":"2026-11-08T21:17:37","slug":"odumodublvck-speaks-on-assault-case-i-refused-to-settle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peakvibez.com\/?p=303","title":{"rendered":"Odumodublvck speaks on assault case \u2014\u2018I refused to settle\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has revealed how a man who allegedly recorded him without permission at his home later took him to court over an assault allegation, saying he rejected his lawyers\u2019 advice to settle the matter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rapper said the man gained access to his house through a mutual friend but began recording him without his consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He claimed the man continued filming despite warnings from him and his bouncer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Odumodublvck, the confrontation continued at a party after the man allegedly brought out his camera again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said he later confronted him on stage, but they eventually settled their disagreement, as the man even danced with him and continued recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the rapper said he was shocked to see a video of the incident online the following morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He alleged that the man later went to court, accusing him of assault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odumodublvck said his lawyers advised him to settle the matter, but he refused because he believed he had done nothing wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cI told them I\u2019m not going to settle. This is what happened to Michael Jackson.
