Bayelsa United technical adviser, Meremu Okara, believed that his players showed determination in the victory over Abia Warriors.

Okara commended his players for the hardwork exhibited in the encounter.

“We have been in the danger zone on the league table but the win will push us to the top half on the log we are very determined to get it done.
“With the recent impressive performance in the league we are moving towards the right direction.”
Bayelsa United moved up to 10th position on the league table with 18 points following the win.
