Seven persons were on Monday, February 3, charged at a Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin for the m8rder of Awesu Mojisola, a final year student of the Kwara State College of Health Technology, Offa in Offa Local Government Area of the state.
The victim was allegedly lured to Ilorin by two persons, Happiness Adebayo and Timileyin Kolawole, who later murdered her and dumped her body at a garbage dump in Wara Local Government Area of Ilorin between August 8th and 9th, 2024.
The deceased had graduated from the university three weeks before her d8ath.

A person who was allegedly staying there was m8rdered.
The seven defendants were charged with six offences, including conspiracy, m8rder, disappearance, destruction of evidence and abandoning a body in a garbage dump. They were charged with conspiring to cause the death of Awesu Mojisola on August 9, 2024.

Happiness Adebayo and her parents, Adebayo Adeniyi and Bukola Adeniyi, were charged with conspiracy and disappearance and destruction of evidence under the Criminal Law of Kwara State, 2006.
The three, Adeoye Adeola, Lawal Aminato and Peter Bulus, were accused of conspiring to dump the body of Mojisola Awes at a garbage dump along Wala Road, Ilorin, a criminal offence under the Kwara State Human Body Parts Prohibition Act, 2018.
