NWFL: Rivers Angels seek positive end to first stanza

Rivers Angels are aiming for a strong finish to the first stanza of the Nigeria Women’s Football League, NWFL.

The Jewels of Rivers will face Adamawa Queens in their final fixture of the first round at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt, on Wednesday.

Rivers Angels currently sit second in the NWFL Group B table with 14 points.

Tosan Blackson’s side remain unbeaten in six NWFL matches this season.

“We host Adamawa Queens at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Wednesday,” Rivers Angels wrote on X.
